NEW MAGAZINE, "MANIFEST", LAUNCHES IN INDIA#2

Raahil Chopra, the former editor of Campaign India, has launched a new print and online publication for the Indian market: Manifest.

The magazine will appear monthly with a print run of 10,000. It will cover marketing, advertising and the media. An advisory committee devoted to those subjects will ensure that the title responds to the needs of its audiences.

Manifest founder and editor Raahil Chopra (who is also a member of the Epica Awards jury) said: “We will have a busy digital presence, but we felt that it was important to be in print too. Print is still a relevant and prestigious medium. So we have launched with print first and the digital presence will follow very soon.”

The magazine's pale pink hue recalls The Financial Times. On the cover of the first issue is Indian advertising veteran Piyush Pandey, who was recently honoured as a “Lotus Legend” at Adfest. The issue also features Prasoon Joshi of McCann discussing how the agency can shape the future of India. Plus a focus on independent agencies, along with an in-depth interview with sports presenter John Dykes.
